How to request a refund
Get in touch through our Contact page with your order number and we'll take care of it. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or a full refund right away.
